Refund Policy and Account Termination Guidelines

Thank you for choosing our hosting services. We strive to provide top-notch hosting solutions to our valued customers. Please review the following policies regarding refunds and account terminations:

Refund Policy:

Refunds are applicable within 7 days of your initial purchase for Shared Hosting services only. The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer and are not granted for accounts closed due to Terms of Service (TOS) violations.
  • Valid reasons for cancellation or refund must be provided.
  • Refunds are issued only for problems related to the server and are not supported for third-party apps or code.
  • Refunds are applicable for new users only and do not cover taxes, setup fees, or any additional charges.
  • Existing product upgrades or downgrades are not eligible for refunds.
  • No refund will be provided for Domain Name services, SSL certificates, Reseller Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Addons, Licenses, Extra IP, Website Development, Shared Licenses, WHMCS Modules, or Custom Projects.
  • Refunds are not applicable for subsequent sign-ups or renewals.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after the cancellation request is submitted through the client area.
  • Payments made through UPI/NEFT/IMPS are non-refundable and will be added as credit to the hosting account.
  • Late payment fees may apply for unpaid invoices, and accounts may be suspended or terminated accordingly.
Account Termination:

Your hosting account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

  • Discontinuation: You may request immediate termination at any point during your subscription.
  • Cancellation upon expiration: If you request cancellation after your subscription expires, your account will be suspended and terminated within 24 hours.
  • Non-renewal: Failure to renew your subscription on the due date will result in account suspension and termination within 5 days.
  • Terms of Service violation: Violation of our TOS will lead to immediate account suspension and termination upon notification.
  • Potential fraud: Orders flagged by our anti-fraud system will undergo manual verification. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in immediate suspension and termination.


Note: It is recommended to maintain a backup of your hosting account to prevent data loss upon termination. We are not liable for any data loss once your account is terminated.
